Meet Daisy

Daisy has over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, initially certified by CanFitPro back in 2001.  Following her diploma as a Registered Massage Therapist from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, Canada, in 2003, she developed a love for manual therapy and corrective exercise, particularly the effect of exercise on pregnant and pregnant postpartum athletic women.  This interest led her to create a successful manual therapy and corrective exercise practice in Jupiter, Florida, which helped many competitive endurance and CrossFit athletes achieve success. 

Following a personal experience, Daisy became dedicated to supporting pregnant and postpartum athletes through fitness and corrective exercise.  She immersed herself in certification courses from Girls Gone Strong who provide certification in Pre-&Postnatal Coaching. She has also been certified by The Online Trainer Academy,  Brianna Battles Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coaching Certification, ACE Exercise During and After Pregnancy Course, Antony Lo - The Female Athlete Course, and most recently became certified by Dr. Sarah Duvall DPT as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.  Daisy is also a practicing Doctor of Pharmacy in her current place of residence Morrison, Colorado.  When Daisy is not working, she is spending time with her loving husband Justin, snowboarding, mountain biking, and experiencing beautiful Colorado with their two Golden Retrievers.
